1. When I make order a product, when it will be shipped?
All orders placed on our web shop will be shipped during the current day or next morning. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.

2. How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are included into the regular price specified on the website. When you make order of a product, the price you pay is a total price and there will be no additional charges after.

3. Do you accept PayPal?
Yes! In addition to all major credit cards, we also accept PayPal.

4. What if I forget my account password, or need to change it?
Visit the password page when you click on your account in the upper right corner to send yourself an email with a link to reset your password.

5. Package was delivered to me damaged, how can I refund my loss?
If you asked for your package to be insured when ordering, than it is necessary when picking up the order to notify courier service delivery person that the package is damaged and he/she will make a remark of this in their system. After that you need to send us an E-mail with detail description of package, its damage and if possible to include the pictures as well an leave the rest of the procedure to us.

6. Can I personally come and take over my order?
There is no possibility for client to come personally and pick up the order he placed on Mobile World web shop.

7. Can you deliver in small towns and villages?
Mobile World can deliver on every address in the Europe except addresses located in Switzerland and Finland.

8. Is it possible for me to cancel my order and what would be the procedure of doing it?
Please notify us by email about the cancellation and while order is still in a possession of Mobile World and until the order or request for its delivery is not handed over to a courier service, the order cancellation will not be additionally charged.
